Established in 2005, the Applied Information Technology Center (AITC) is staffed by senior-level, private-sector IT experts with backgrounds in CIO-level IT management, system and network design, software development, Internet systems, and data security. The AITC supports state and local governments in the assessment and analysis of information technology issues.
